Sandeep Rathi is Director of Sayansh Developers Pvt. Ltd., a real estate company focused on land aggregation, strategic land transactions and development partnerships across Delhi NCR, Haryana and Rajasthan.
With an academic background in International Business, Economics and Social Work, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective to real estate and land development. His work focuses on identifying strategic land opportunities, connecting landowners with developers, investors and corporate occupiers, and structuring transactions aligned with long-term development potential.
